• Deliveries are available to all serviceable pin codes across India.
• International shipping is currently not offered.

Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing timelines.
• Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent containing complete order and shipment details.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Delivery may fail under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
• Recipient not available at the delivery location.
• Shipment declined at the time of delivery.

Action: If any of these occur, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request reshipment of the product.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

• For damaged items, contact our customer support within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence.
• In case a package is lost in transit, we will either replace the item or issue a refund after confirmation from the courier partner.
