Cancellation Policy 

At Trendiyum, operated by Scape shop media, we aim to make shopping for women’s accessories simple and convenient. In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Scape shop media, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our customers.

We recognize that circumstances can change, and you might need to cancel an order. This policy explains the process and applicable terms.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping, whichever comes first.
• To cancel, contact our customer support via email.
• Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• After delivery, items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Modifying Orders

• Changes to selected products or delivery addresses are not permitted once an order is placed.
• If modifications are required, the current order must be cancelled (if eligible), and a new order placed.
